Question or Concerns
Once you’ve decided we’re the right band for your special day, you will have a dedicated event coordinator at our agency Alive Network who will be on hand to liaise with you on any issues, questions or concerns. We’ll be in touch around 3 weeks before your event to run through the details and finalise any last minute arrangements.
What We'll Do At Your Event
Arrival, Set Up & Soundcheck6pm is the typical arrival time at your venue, however you can arrange for us to arrive earlier. Load in, set up and sound check takes about 1hr to 90 mins to complete, depending on access to the stage etc. |
After Sound CheckNow we know we sound great in your venue's room, we'll take a breather. We ask kindly that you provide a reasonably comfy green room with space to change clothes and eat in (not the loos!). |
First Live SetThe first 45-60mins of action kicks off around 8:30-9pm. There will be an interval after said period of time - this is a great time to serve the buffet. Don't load yourself too full though, there's still an hour of dancing to come!! |
Second Live Set & End of the NightNow it's time to really let out your best dance moves as we move into the final set of live music. Once we've burned you all out of energy, it will be time to leave stage and mingle, or if you wish, we will hastily start packing up to be on our way. Either way, packing up takes us about an hour. |
